What do we measure?
Ascham Homes has four strategic objectives:
- Making our community a safer place
- Regenerating the borough to bring you better facilities
- Helping you and your family
- Keeping our neighbourhoods clean
We use a set of performance indicators to measure progress
toward these objectives. The set includes measures agreed with the
council, our Board and our residents.
Our approach is to set targets that will build on present
performance, but which will also constantly stretch us so that we
progress to being one of the best housing providers in
