Our approach to anti-social behaviour
Waltham Forest Housing takes anti-social behaviour very
seriously. The process that we follow and any actions we take
against tenants proved to be involved in anti-social behaviour are
set out in the Waltham Forest Council's Charter Strategy.
One of our main objectives is to provide a ‘safe and pleasant
environment for our residents’. We recognise the importance and
effects of anti-social behaviour on the lives of tenants and
leaseholders and the communities in which they live.
If you have reported an anti-social behaviour complaint, it is
important that you keep your Neighbourhood Services Officer
updated, your officer should speak with you on a four weekly basis.
Make sure you keep a diary of incidents. If you feel threatened or
have been threatened contact the Police on 999.
