Help us to help you

Your feedback is important in helping us to shape the services we deliver to you. You can influence all aspects of our service such as how our repairs service works, how we collect your rent, how we deal with anti-social behaviour or even become a board member.

Our legal obligation to listen to your views

Under the Housing Act 1985 (Provision of Information and Consultation, Section 105), we must consult you on a range of housing-management matters and give you or your representatives the opportunity to make your views known. In addition we provide training, hold community events and offer grant funding opportunities.
