The Homeownership Team provides services for
both leaseholders and tenants who want to purchase their home under
Right to Buy.
Each Homeownership Accounts Officer is
responsible for their own patch although they often work together
as a team.
What does the Homeownership Team do?
The team carry out the following
- Service Charges
- Major Work
- Selling your leasehold property
- Right To Buy applications
- Leasehold management
What does the Homeownership Team not do?
- Advise on technical matters such as roof, structure and other
- Tenancy management
- Arrears and non-payment of service charges
